You know that constraining and helpless feeling you get when you’re under too much pressure? Be it trying to work on too many projects at once, feeling emotionally vulnerable in a hostile environment or not feeling like you’re able to speak your mind – that’s stress.
It takes on all sorts of shapes and sizes but when you’re experiencing it, it’s undoubtedly taking a toll on you, and your life. You may feel low on energy, have headaches, stomach aches, chest pains, and experience insomnia. It’s as though your body and mind are telling you something needs to change.
